At Sunbathers LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the product. 

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Orders that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns for size exchanges or other discretionary reasons are at your expense. If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order.

  • Sealed Goods: Certain items, such as face masks and other hygiene-sensitive products, are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

International Returns

Customers residing in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use or damage.

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue
